All sales are final. Orders are processed immediately, canceling and changing details are not permitted.
We are not responsible for customer address errors and we are not required to change customer address nor respond to address change request nor refund orders because of address issues caused by the customer (for security reasons). Product information has not been reviewed or approved by the FDA, we make no medical claims. Please use products at your discretion and confidence in your own knowledge and research. Check with your doctor for any health concerns. We are not responsible for address errors or discrepancies caused by the postal service. If a delivered package is stolen customers must contact their local USPS and if it's not there then file a police report.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund an order due to a missing discount code.
We encourage customers to purchase the shipping insurance in the store (very inexpensive) on every order and we want to express that we are not liable for USPS caused damages or discrepancy. You can protect your package and fight any issues with it by purchasing shipping insurance on every order. The insurance is usually less than a dollar and is right in our store with the other products (do not purchase it by itself, only with an order). We are not liable for address typos and cannot guarantee address changes. We continuously advise that it's imperative that customers adjust their lifestyle to make their experience smooth when you choose online shopping and that you understand that the operating business is not liable for every step of the process. Tips for ensuring your package arrives at your door smoothly include
Double-checking your address before completing the checkout
Opening a PO Box if necessary to receive packages
Making sure apartment numbers, zip codes, etc are all entered accurately and in the right place
Making sure family, friends, neighbors are aware you may receive a package and possibly lookout for it on your behalf

WE DO NOT VOLUNTARILY CHANGE, ALTER, ADJUST ADDRESSES. WE SEND IT EXACTLY TO THE ADDRESS YOU TYPE IN. WITH THAT BEING SAID IF THE PACKAGE RETURNS TO OUR OFFICE BY USPS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR ON THE ADDRESS WE WILL NOW AUTOMATICALLY REFUND THE ORDER LESS OF $5 SHIPPING LABEL AND RETURN FEE. SO FOR EXAMPLE IF YOUR ORDER IS $27 AND IS RETURNED WE WILL REFUND YOUR CARD $22

AFTER YOU'VE ORDERED​
Once the tracking number is generated, please allow 24 hours for it to reach the post office. Also, the initial USPS update to the tracking number can take an additional 12 hours or more. Continue to track your package for updates.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns, however with proof of damages caused during transit or missing items we can replace an order as a courtesy on a case-by-case basis.
Due to nature of the products we do not accept returns. We handle solutions on a case by case. Remember: Herbal tea products are most effective when used for at least 3 months and with an overall lifestyle/diet change, drinking 32 ounces or more of water daily. Considering we are not aware of customers pre existing health you order based on your own knowledge research and conviction. All sales are final. Orders are processed immediately, canceling and changing details are not permitted.
We do not refund or replace orders with a "delivered" status on the tracking number. We heavily encourage every customer to purchase "route shipping insurance" on every order. To file a claim you must find the confirmation email they sent you on the same day you ordered and click "resolve an issue". Search your inbox for noreply@mail.route.com if necessary. They are pretty good at resolving these issues.
